Shipwreck Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 large onions, thinly sliced
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    3 large raw potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Spread oil in the bottom of an 11 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Layer each of the ingredients in the order listed, seasoning the raw potatoes with salt and combining the tomato soup with the 1/2 cup water before pouring into the casserole.
    Cover dish with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
