Stir-Fry In One Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    2 to 3 yellow squash
    2 to 3 zucchini squash
    green onion (medium size bunch)
    oil, enough to keep meat from sticking
    garlic (if desired)
    soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice per package instructions.
    Cut steak into thin strips (across the grain), and cut both kinds of squash into 1/4-inch rounds.
    Cut onions into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
    Stir-fry steak in oil.
    Add all vegetables (and garlic if desired) and stir-fry until almost done.
    Cover and cook for a few minutes. Add cooked rice and reheat for a few more minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with soy sauce on side.
