Cinnamon Rolls(Approximately 20 Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. chilled butter
    pinch of salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/3 c. ground nuts (your choice)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 or 4 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Drain cheese.
    Cut 1 cup, plus 1 tablespoon of butter into flakes.
    Add cheese, salt, vanilla, flour and baking powder.
    Knead on floured surface.
    Wrap in aluminum foil and chill 1 hour.
    Roll out to 16 x 24-inch rectangle.
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter; brush on dough.
    Wash the raisins in hot water.
    Mix ground nuts, cinnamon and sugar.
    Spread mix on dough, then add raisins.
    Roll up dough, starting with small end.
