Stew Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Roll beef in salt, pepper and flour.
    Brown beef over medium heat in small amount of cooking oil.
    Add beef, soup and water. Cook in crock-pot until tender, about 6 hours.
