Sweetened Condensed Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. white sugar
1/3 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine

Preparation

Makes 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk and costs about 25 cents to make compared to $1.89 a can. Use this in any recipe that calls for sweetened condensed milk.
