Sugarless Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
2 c. water
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp. sugar substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine raisins in water and simmer for 15 minutes.
Let cool. Add beaten egg.
Add shortening, rolled oats, sugar substitute and vanilla.
Add sifted flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Mix all together well.
Pour into greased 1-layer cake pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
