Fried Bows - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. milk
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Starting with four cups of flour, make well on a large baking
    board.
    Pour\teggs into center well and all other ingredients, mixing
    with
    a
    fork.
    Begin\tblending
    in flour from the walls of the well.
    Knead dough into two balls. Roll out one ball at a time into a round circle.
    Roll as thin as possible. Cut
    into long strips and then into smaller ones (approximately 4 inches).
    Strips
    of
    dough may also be knotted.
    Heat 1/2\tgallon oil
    (Crisco or other preferred frying oil).
    Fry strips
    or bows until golden brown.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when your ready to serve.
