Tropical Ham Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small canned ham
    1 can yams
    1 or 2 cans peach halves
    3 or 4 bananas, quartered
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. sherry wine
    1/3 c. shredded or flaked coconut
Preparation
    Amounts of ingredients depend upon how many you intend to serve.
    This recipe can be stretched or reduced to accomodate the size of your dinner party.
    For 4 to 6, I use a 9 x 13-inch pan, layering several slices of canned ham in the center.
    On the edges, place the canned yams.
    On top of the ham, put canned peach halves and on the yams, place quartered bananas.
    Over all of this, put a generous sprinkling of brown sugar.
    Pour over all this, the vinegar and wine.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with coconut; return to oven and cook until coconut is light brown.
