Greek Sauce Baked Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (about 1 to 1 1/2-inch thick)
    2 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tomato sauce can water
Preparation
    Arrange chops and potatoes in a baking dish.
    Sprinkle with spices, salt and pepper.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Pour water over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    You can cover if it starts to brown too quick.
