Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pieces wheat or rye bread
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. sauerkraut
    2 pieces pressed corned beef
    1 piece Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Butter each side of bread.
    Place in a hot skillet, butter side down.
    Put sauerkraut, then corned beef.
    Place Swiss cheese and top with last piece of bread.
    Let cook on one side approximately 3 minutes, turn (flip) to other side.
    Cook another approximately 3 minutes.
    Take out of skillet.
    Turn skillet off.
    Slice sandwich and enjoy.
    Makes 1 serving.
