Beef 'N' Barley Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 packet instant beef broth and seasoning mix
    1 1/2 oz. uncooked medium pearl barley
    1 c. frozen pearl onions
    1 c. sliced carrots, in 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. green beans, cut in half
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    6 oz. cubed, cooked top round steak, in 1-inch pieces
    1/4 tsp. rosemary leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In shallow, 1-quart microwavable casserole, combine 1 cup water, the tomato paste and broth mix, stirring to dissolve tomato paste.
    Add barley and stir to combine.
    Cover and microwave on High (100%) for 10 minutes, stirring every 2 1/2 minutes.
