1 c. (or 18) saltine crackers, crushed in blender
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can drained pineapple (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together and spread in greased plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until slightly browned.
