Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green bell peppers
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2/3 c. milk
    2 onions
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 egg yolk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    tomato juice
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Rinse peppers.
    Slice tops off.
    Pull out seeds.
    For stuffing, combine bread crumbs and milk.
    Let sit for 10 minutes. Peel and chop onions.
    In a bowl, combine ground meat, onions, bread crumb mixture and egg yolk.
    Mix well.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Spoon meat mixture into peppers.
    Place peppers in a greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Baste with liquid from pan.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 additional minutes.
