Marinated Cucumbers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cucumbers
1 Tbsp. coarse sea salt
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. white pepper
2 Tbsp. dill, chopped
Preparation

Choose seedless cucumbers, if available.
Cut cucumbers paper thin; sprinkle with salt and let stand 1 hour.
Dry on paper towel and place in a dish.
Mix the vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar; pour over cucumbers.
Sprinkle with chopped dill.
Store in covered jar or dish.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve as needed. Makes 2 cups.
