Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour, don't sift
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
    Beat on 2nd speed for 10 minutes.
    Slice 3 or 4 apples, not too thin or thick.
    Grease and flour pans.
    Put in 1/3 batter (thick).
    Top with apples, side by side.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
