Ginger Cremes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. shortening or oil
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 egg
Preparation
    Stir together dry ingredients.
    Add brown sugar, shortening, molasses and egg.
    Form into balls and roll in sugar.
    Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
