Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerets
2 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise and sliced
1 lb. mushrooms, stems removed and sliced thick
2 bell peppers, cut julienne
1 c. white or wine vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a jar.
Cover and shake vigorously.
Pour mixture over vegetables.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.
