Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) bag frozen broccoli cuts
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, finely diced
2 c. milk or heavy cream (half and half may be used)
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
chicken broth
Preparation

Boil broccoli and onion in chicken broth until tender.
Drain. Melt butter in large saucepan.
Stir in flour.
Slowly add cream or milk, making a sauce.
Stir constantly.
Add drained broccoli and onion.
If too thick, add milk.
Stir in cheese and heat over very low heat until melted.
