Venison Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. ground venison
2 lb. hot sausage
2 (12 oz.) cans beer
2 (8 oz.) cans beef bouillon soup
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 large onions
2 large green peppers
8 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
4 Tbsp. ground cumin
fresh garlic to taste
1 heaping Tbsp. red pepper
1 Tbsp. m.s.g.
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. oregano
2 large cans chili beans
Preparation

Cook meat thoroughly; drain off drippings.
Add beer and bouillon soup.
Mix in remainder of ingredients and allow to simmer 4 to 6 hours.
