Broccoli And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen broccoli (save liquid from broccoli)
    2 diced onions
    2 Tbsp. Blue Bonnet margarine
    2 Tbsp. White Lily flour
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain, saving liquid.
    Saute onions in margarine.
    In large bowl, mix all ingredients, except crackers. Add 3/4 cup of liquid from broccoli; may use more if necessary for good consistency.
    Put in greased casserole dish and sprinkle Ritz crackers over mixture.
    Dot with a little margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
