Poppy Seed Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices white bread
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
    chicken, ham and/or tuna salad
Preparation
    Trim the ends off bread slices.
    Arrange each slice of bread in the cup of a muffin pan to form a bread cup.
    Drizzle or brush butter on the edges of the bread and a small amount in the center of each cup.
    Sprinkle or spoon poppy seed onto the buttered bread edges.
    Toast in a hot oven at 425\u00b0 until edges are brown.
    Cool and remove from the pan.
    Place chicken, ham, and/or tuna salad in each cup.
    Very pretty and delicious.
