Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms
    1 c. bread crumbs (prefer fresh Italian)
    1/4 c. Romano cheese
    1 tsp. parsley (prefer fresh)
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/8 c. white wine (light and dry)
    6 oz. can crab
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Scoop out stems and chop, then saute in butter until soft while mushroom stems and pieces are sauteing.
    Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
    Make sure to pulverize crackers first. Add mushroom pieces and stems to other ingredients and mix well. If dry, you may add a little water or butter.
    Spoon filling into mushroom caps.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 oven in lightly greased pan.
