Low Calorie Corn Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. honey
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. oil
2 c. low-fat yogurt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In a large bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.
In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Combine the ingredients of the two bowls and gently stir only until they are completely mixed.
Turn into a lightly oiled 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Good with fried or baked fish.
