Fried Rice With Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. canned or frozen shrimp
    1 c. canned or frozen mushrooms
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 c. cold, cooked rice
    1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/3 Tbsp. pepper
    1/2 c. frozen peas
Preparation
    Heat oil to 375\u00b0.
    Add carrots, onion, shrimp and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
    Pour in beaten eggs and stir until set. Add rice.
    Add pepper.
    Add peas and soy sauce.
