Danika'S Wheat And Oat Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. warm water (120~)
2 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
1 c. bran
1 c. oats
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. honey
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
3/4 Tbsp. lecithin
6 c. whole wheat flour
3 c. unbleached white flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add all other ingredients except flours.
Mix well.
Add flours one cup at a time.
Knead or dough hook for 10 minutes.
Let rise for 30 minutes.
Punch down dough and shape into loaves or small balls for rolls.
Place in pans; let rise for 30 minutes.
For shiny crust, brush a thin topping of beaten egg onto the top of rolls or loaves.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes for rolls, 40 minutes for loaves.
