Zucchini Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick melted margarine
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. cottage cheese or Cheddar cheese
2 1/4 c. self-rising corn meal
1/4 tsp. salt
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Bake in greased pan 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
