Pazczki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. flour
    dash of salt
    6 eggs
    fat
    powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Bring water to boil with the butter.
    Add flour gradually, mixing constantly, until the butter forms a ball.
    Remove from stove and cool.
    Add salt and granulated sugar and beat in eggs one by one.
    Form round balls, greasing your hands in melted butter each time and fry in hot deep fat under cover, on a low flame for about 15 minutes or until evenly browned, turning once.
    Drain on absorbent paper in a warm place.
    Cover with powdered sugar.
