Mexican Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    tortilla chips
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can diced Ro-Tel
    1/4 to 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
    Cheddar cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
    lettuce
    tomatoes
    1 onion
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add onions.
    In a quart casserole dish, layer bottom with tortilla chips.
    Add ground beef.
    Sprinkle beef with a thin layer of taco seasoning.
    In a small bowl, mix cream of mushroom and Ro-Tel together, then pour on top of beef. Sprinkle with Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Layer with lettuce and tomatoes (if desired).
