Drop Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. buttermilk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs, beating well after each. In another container (or on wax paper), sift dry ingredients. Alternate flour and buttermilk.
Stir in vanilla.
Drop from teaspoon onto prepared cookie sheet.
