Pineapple Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    3 lb. chicken leg quarters
    cooking oil
    salt
Preparation
    For sauce, drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.
    Combine pineapple, reserved syrup, chili sauce, sugar and mustard.
    Brush chicken lightly with oil; season with salt.
    Grill chicken over medium hot coals, bone side down, for 25 to 30 minutes or until bone side is well brown.
    Turn chicken.
    Grill 20 minutes more. Turn chicken again.
    Spoon sauce on top.
    Grill 5 to 10 minutes more or until chicken is done.
    Makes 12 servings.
