Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin or round steak, cut in strips 1/8 inch wide
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    pinch of garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 cans mushrooms and juice
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Saute steak and ground meat.
    Mix together meat, onions, all seasonings and soup.
    Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    At the last minute, add 1 cup warm sour cream.
    Serve over rice, Chinese noodles or egg noodles.
