Crabmeat Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute green
    onions
    in oil and butter for two minutes. Stir in green pepper and mushrooms and cook for additional two minutes. Add
    water
    chestnuts,
    rice and crabmeat.
    Stir-fry until thoroughly heated.\tAdd seasoning and parsley and serve immediately.
    Serves four.
