Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage (or mild if preferred)
    3 c. Bisquick mix
    1 1/2 lb. sharp cheese or extra sharp
Preparation
    Grate cheese and mix all ingredients together; mix well.
    Form into small balls (walnut size); place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes for freezing.
    (Can be made ahead of time and frozen), otherwise bake 12 to 15 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 dozen.
