Arkansas Sausage Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 chopped bell pepper
1 large chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 small can jalapeno relish
1 jar picante sauce
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and beef.
Pour off grease and set aside. Saute bell pepper
and
onion
in butter. Add jalapeno relish, picante sauce and
Velveeta
cheese.
Add meat.
Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
Stir often.
(Can be put in the crock-pot.)
