Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cornmeal
    2 1/2 c. sweet milk
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 large onion, grated
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 small can cream-style corn
    4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Mix and bake in three 8 x 8-inch pans or 1 long pan at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until well done.
