Clam Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 pt. milk
2 beaten eggs
1 c. broken saltines
1 c. broken Ritz
2 cans minced clams, with juice
1 small onion, chopped small
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter in milk.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into ovenproof serving dish, about size of roasting pan.
Bake 45 minutes.
