Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 (1 lb.) cans red kidney beans
    1/2 c. water
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, crushed
Preparation
    Brown meat; stir in other ingredients.\tSimmer 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
