Creole Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. diced cooked ham
1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 small bay leaf
1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper in butter until lightly browned.
Add ham and shrimp; cook until ham is light brown and shrimp is pink.
