Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 med. potatoes
    1/2 pint low fat mayonnaise
    1 bulb onion, peeled and chopped
    1/2 pint lite sour cream
    1 T lemon juice
    3/4 c parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes till tended and dice with fork.
    Combine other ingredients while potatoes are boiling and chill.
    When potatoes are done, mix together and refrigerate.
    Serve well chilled.
