Caramel Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. vanilla ice cream
4 (1 1/8 oz.) English toffee flavored candy bar, frozen and crushed
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Kahlua or other coffee flavored liqueur

Preparation

Spoon alternate layers of ice cream and crushed candy into 6 parfait glasses. Top each with 1 tablespoon Kahlua.
