Stuffed Sea Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    garlic salt to taste
    8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 egg
    1 box large sea shells
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and garlic salt until crumbly.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Stir in Mozzarella, bread crumbs, oregano and egg. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook shells according to package directions and drain.
    Stuff shells with meat mixture.
    Spoon 1/4 of sauce over the bottom of 9 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch glass baking dish. Place shells in single layer.
    Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
