Fish Cake Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ajinomoto
    1/4 c. water
    1 egg
    1/4 c. minced kamaboko
    1/4 c. minced green onions
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add egg to water and beat until foamy.
    Mix into dry ingredients, stirring only to moisten dry ingredients.
    Add kamaboko and green onions.
    Drop by teaspoonful in heated oil.
    Fry 1 minute or until delicately brown.
    Serve with meal or as pupu while hot.
    Makes 18 to 24 kamaboko tempuras.
