Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

large pasta seashells
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, cut up
spaghetti sauce (I use Ragu or Prego)
Preparation

Brown meat and onion (drain).
Boil pasta and rinse.
Mix cheeses and eggs together.
Mix meat and cheese mixtures together. Stuff shells with mixture.
If any meat mixture is left, put in spaghetti sauce before pouring over stuffed shells.
Use 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes (uncovered).
