Baked Lima Beans And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby lima beans
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 tsp. dried sweet basil
    1 tsp. salt
    4 green onions including tops, minced
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Thaw vegetables for several hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
    Place in greased 4-quart shallow casserole with tight-fitting cover.
    Stir in basil, salt and onions.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with water.
    Place lettuce leaves (outer ones from head lettuce) over vegetables, cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 12 to 14.
