Brunch Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. frozen hash browns (country style)
    1 pint sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. diced onion flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1/2 lb. bacon or sausage (Jimmy Dean-sage is best)
    2 c. corn flakes crushed
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook sausage or bacon completely.
    Crumble and set aside.
    In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients.
    Add sausage or bacon. Place in a large baking dish approximately 10 x 12 inches.
    Bake in center oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
