Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. frozen strawberries
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    angel food cake
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O with boiling water.
    Add strawberries, then ice cream.
    Stir until ice cream melts.
    Put aside in refrigerator to chill until partially thick.
    Line the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan with thin slices of angel food cake.
    Cover with a layer of strawberry mixture.
    Add another layer of angel food cake slices and top with the rest of mixture.
    Keep in refrigerator.
