Tex-Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken breasts (no skin)
black pepper
garlic powder
pinch of salt
hot/mild salsa
jalapeno cheese
Preparation

Put the chicken breasts in Pam sprayed pan.
On the top sprinkle black pepper, garlic powder and a pinch of salt.
Cook until brown.
Flip.
Again put down a sprinkle of black pepper, garlic powder and a pinch of salt.
When the chicken is almost finished, spoon on the salsa so it covers the top of the chicken. Then cover the top with thin slices of jalapeno cheese and finish cooking.
