Louisiana Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 large green peppers, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 lb. cooked ham, cubed
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut bacon into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Cook. Saute onion until tender.
    Add green peppers; cook 1 minute and add rice.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover pot; place in oven.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
