Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. rice (instant)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 oz. American cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Clean and cut tops off of green peppers.
    Cook for 5 minutes in boiling water.
    Cook ground meat and onion until browned. Drain grease.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add tomatoes, water, rice and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and simmer until rice is tender (15 minutes).
    Stir in American cheese.
    Stuff meat mixture into peppers and stand up in baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
