Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
1 c. sliced celery
2 medium onions, sliced
1 lb. can tomato sauce
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 c. salad oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 (1 lb.) can peeled tomatoes
spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 tsp. crushed basil
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Brown chicken in oil.
Remove from frypan.
Add celery, onion and garlic.
Cook until tender.
Blend in tomatoes, tomato sauce, bouillon cubes and seasoning.
Add chicken.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Add cornstarch, blended with water.
Cook until thickened.
Arrange on hot serving dish over spaghetti.
